The foundation of Renovations Unlimited was laid long before the company was officially formed. Our story begins with Edward "Sr.," a lifelong carpenter whose old-fashioned work ethic and mastery of the construction trade set the standard for everything we do today. Growing up alongside him, Ed B, our founder, licensed builder, and president, watched that dedication firsthand and developed a deep passion for the craft.
But Ed B wanted to build something more than a career in construction. He wanted to build a company that made a real, lasting difference in people's lives, transforming not just houses but the way families experience their everyday lives inside them. That vision became Renovations Unlimited.
As the company grew and its reputation expanded across Southeast Michigan, the need for seamless organization behind the scenes became essential. That is when Ashley joined the team, bringing incredible attention to detail to our operations and helping manage the company's continued growth.
Today, while our founding family works diligently behind the scenes to guide strategy, manage logistics, and uphold our building standards, we have built an exceptional team of designers, project managers, and skilled craftsmen who take every project from concept to completion. Rather than simply managing paperwork, our in-house team directly completes most of our installations. That structure gives our clients the best of both worlds: the deep-rooted care and values of a family business, paired with highly skilled craftsmanship from our own trusted crew.
