We feel so lucky and grateful to have chosen Renovations Unlimited. Dana was incredibly detail oriented, thorough, and transparent. Matt was top notch with his communication and organization. We also had a baby on the way and they finished about 2 weeks earlier than initially expected, which was so appreciated. We can't recommend Renovations Unlimited enough.
Renovations Unlimited did an amazing job for us! They renovated our primary bathroom and we couldn't be happier. Everything from start to finish was very professional and a great experience. We would highly recommend their services.
Thank you to everyone at Renovations Unlimited! We absolutely love our basement renovation! What was once a cold, uninviting space is now our favorite place in the house. Cara made our dreams come true with her fantastic design. The communication was great! I have already recommended Renovations Unlimited to several people and will continue to do so.
Renovations Unlimited remodeled a 1970s bathroom for us this fall and we are very satisfied. The quality of work was excellent and the entire staff is highly qualified and great to work with. Dana made picking out materials a pleasant experience, Matt always kept us informed and checked in daily, Andrew was very meticulous, and Ed was personally involved. We HIGHLY recommend Renovations Unlimited.
Renovations Unlimited is amazing! They did an addition and remodel for us and it could not have gone better. Every single step of the process was handled with professionalism and care. Every member of the team was wonderful to work with. Have been recommending them to everyone!
We recently had our kitchen updated by Renovations Unlimited. The entire process went very well. Renovations Unlimited was the first builder who properly explained their planning and quote process. The care taken in the beginning made us feel confident that the work during construction was exactly what we wanted. Communication was clear throughout. Everyone onsite was polite and they all do amazing work. We love our updated kitchen! Updated 2025: Matt knocked it out of the park again with his quick, detailed flooring and trim work.
A beautiful job done by Andrew. Can't say enough good things about everyone in the office and that came to our home.
Great people to work with! They did an awesome job totally gutting and remodeling our kitchen!
Very happy with the work done on our deck. Highly recommend!
Renovations Unlimited did a wonderful job on our bathroom renovation and were super communicative at every step. Dana and Ed are amazing to work with and kept us in the loop with every stage. Andrew and Jacob did very detailed work and we are very happy with the outcome.
Early 2024 we began renovations on my dream kitchen and I am thrilled with the outcome. We worked with Cara Spleet and she was wonderful in bridging the gap between my husband and I's different design aesthetics. She really brought our 80s kitchen into a warm, inviting space. With the scale of our renovation, we were prepared for no kitchen use for at least 6 months and it was usable within 3.5 months. My new kitchen, dining room, and laundry are fabulous and so much more functional. I highly recommend them!
We can't speak highly enough of the entire Renovations Unlimited team! We wanted to change up our kitchen, but had a hard time finding the right people for a partial renovation. Renovations Unlimited was on top of communication from the beginning. Dana walked us through the whole process and created a plan that matched our vision and came in under budget. Ed did a great job managing our project, and Drew and Jacob were friendly and always respectful of our home. Even with bumps in the road, they walked us through everything and finished within the 4 to 6 week scope.
Quality work, great communication, integral. Recommend for bathroom remodel. Thank you!
We did a major remodel of our house and had a great time working with the team! Very knowledgeable, helpful and kind!
We can't say enough good things about RU. They were amazing from start to finish. Through design, demo and the finishing touches, we had a great experience. We will definitely be using them for future projects.
My wife and I can't say enough good things about Renovations Unlimited. We had them completely renovate our master bathroom, including new cabinets, countertops, drywall, walk-in shower, tile floor, and toilet. We started by designing with Cara, who was tremendously helpful in guiding us through materials and colors. The renovation team was consistently on-time, professional, and performed quality work. The owner, Ed, oversaw everything and was available and responsive throughout. We love the finished product.
I had Renovations Unlimited help me finish up an interior remodel. Ed the owner as well as Ed senior are extremely patient and polite. Ed follows through with what he says — he tracked down a discontinued lock for my slider rather than pushing to install a new unit. They were clean and took care inside my house while working. I wouldn't hesitate to have them do more projects in the future.
Renovations Unlimited did a partial remodel of our kitchen and did a fantastic job! They were friendly, very careful, focused on quality, clean, and the workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling work.
Renovations Unlimited did a great job in our office! Their expertise in everything they did was right on point. They were all very professional and kind. I would definitely go to them for any other work I needed done.
We hired Renovations Unlimited to take on our main floor renovation. Ed was very thorough in his estimate and answered all of our questions. We waited a long time to do this project because honestly we didn't know who to hire. Once Mark and the crew came in we were blown away by them. They were a wonderful group of craftsmen that gave our project top quality work. If you are wondering who to bring in to make your dream a reality, hire Renovations Unlimited. You will be so happy you did!
I was living out of state during the remodel process. The crew accommodated my situation and worked successfully with me over the phone.
Excellent company with great processes and communication. From design to execution of a project, I would highly recommend.
Ed and his team did a great job remodeling my kitchen. Quality is wonderful. It was a pleasure to work with them.
Ed and his team did quality work in a timely manner with solid communications. Rarely did we have any slippage in the schedule, however when we did they were great about explaining what happened and how they were going to keep the project on track.
We had Renovations Unlimited demo our old kitchen cabinets and install new ones. Ed and his crew did an excellent job with both phases. Demo was smooth and neat, and they were even able to remove and replace our large solid surface countertop for reuse. They were on time, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. When the job was done I was called the next day to inform me I was getting a $200 rebate because they figured in the bid to install shoe molding and didn't need to. They didn't have to do that, but it shows how trustworthy this company is.
Ed and his team did an outstanding job renovating my kitchen! Ed was communicative throughout the entire process and informed me almost daily when his team would arrive and what they would be doing. His team was polite and always worked a full day. They also made a point of cleaning up every time before they left. The attention to detail was amazing. I would highly recommend them and can't wait to use them again when I decide to renovate my basement.
This was our second project with Renovations Unlimited, first a basement remodeling and now deck and siding repairs. They are dependable, top quality professionals, good communicators, on time, fair prices and within the budget. They clean up everything. Looking forward to our bath remodeling soon.
Very efficient company and professional all around. They are very honest with effective creativity and on time every day. With their meticulous work I highly recommend this company. Thank you Renovations Unlimited, you made my house so beautiful and elegant.
We have nothing but good things to say about hiring and working with Renovations Unlimited. They removed all of the flooring on my first floor, my existing kitchen, soffit and a knee wall that divided my family room and kitchen. Then they put it all back together beautifully! The crown molding and tile work was very tricky and it looks fantastic! The communication was great. I always knew who was showing up at my house on what day and at what time. I would definitely recommend them.
Renovations Unlimited completed an interior renovation of our home in 2020. We did a complete overhaul of our kitchen, laundry room and living area. They were fantastic to work with and did an incredible job. They were always on time and showed up when they said they would. I would highly recommend Ed and his team.
We were in the midst of a major first floor kitchen remodel with a different contractor who showed extreme issues with his skill set. The owner, Ed, came out within two days of us firing the former contractor. Within less than 48 hours Ed was standing in my renovation absorbing the situation we had on our first floor from a contractor who literally installed everything off spec and out of order. Renovations Unlimited saved our project and delivered a beautiful result.
We had Renovations Unlimited update both of our bathrooms and they did a great job. They were reasonably priced and were always on time. Highly recommend them!
This was a remodel of a small bathroom. RU was prompt, neat, prepared, and professional. Questions answered, suggestions listened to, and the project done quickly. No mess, no fuss, and a great outcome. Highly recommended.
Ed and his crew did an amazing job on our basement bathroom in Ann Arbor. We really appreciated the communication and responsiveness of the whole team. We would definitely recommend for future renovations!
I was thrilled with my entire experience with Renovations Unlimited. Ed Buczkowski was a pleasure to work with: extremely responsive, fair, and great at managing expectations. Ed and his team renovated our front porch and replaced damaged trim board around our home in Ann Arbor. They came in lower than other quotes I received for the same work. I could not recommend them enough.
We are more than pleased with the siding, gutters, and deck and porch replacement project that Ed and his crew did on our home. The workmanship was excellent with attention to detail in every way. True craftsmanship. The crew was personable, considerate, and kept the site as tidy as possible throughout the renovation. I most appreciated Ed's clear and frequent communication in all phases of planning and renovation. We love our home's new look.
Ed and his team completed an entire new roof design and a porch overhang for us. There were times the mess during the day was quite big, but by the end of each day the yard and work area were spotless. We have small children and dogs so we had concerns, but they took the time every single day to be sure they cleaned up. We never talked about it, they just did it. We have referred Ed and his team to many friends and family and all of them hired Ed. Details, details, details. Thank you to Ed, Ed and the whole team.
Excellent company. Ed and his crew are consummate professionals. I had a remodel of my basement adding in sitting areas and a bathroom. The results were stunning! Ed is easy to work with because he cares about your project and is an excellent communicator. Ed kept me informed of timelines and if I had a question or concern, I heard back from Ed within an hour. The work was in budget and done in the expected timeframe. This is THE contractor to hire.
We used Ed and his team at Renovations Unlimited to finish our basement in a newly purchased home in Ann Arbor. Ed was very easy to work with and kept in contact throughout the project, which was important because we were still living in California when the project began. The team was very courteous and respectful. Ed was very knowledgeable about the different products we were interested in using and always kept the budget in mind. They completed the project on time and we are incredibly happy with the end result.
We live in Howell, MI and Renovations Unlimited did an excellent job on my kitchen, front room, laundry room renovation. They arrived on time, on budget and their workers were professional, courteous and trustworthy. Ed Sr and Ed Jr were wonderful to work with. Their attention to detail was amazing. Even through the Covid-19 quarantine, once restrictions were lifted they got right back on the job to finish up. I can't recommend them enough.
