We delivered a complete transformation heated floors, porcelain-slab shower walls, a freestanding tub, custom cabinetry, and a frameless euro glass enclosure all handled in-house from demo through the final walkthrough.

The Details Behind This Transformation
The project required full demo inside an occupied home, relocation of drains and supply lines, framing for updated toilet room walls and shower niches, and strong dust control, all while coordinating long-lead specialty items including cabinets, quartz, and custom glass.
Protection and logistics were handled first with ram board floor protection, plastic containment, a HEPA air scrubber, and dedicated debris staging. Once protected, demolition and framing began, followed by MEP integration, tile and waterproofing, millwork, and final fixtures.
SCOPE OF WORK
Permitting coordination and full site protection
Full demo and debris removal, rough framing for shower, niche, and toilet room
Plumbing: relocate tub and shower drains, dual shower valve rough-ins, bidet circuit
Electrical: 8 LED lights, heated floor circuit and thermostat, new outlets and dimmers
Waterproofing, cement pan, porcelain slabs, and mosaic shower floor installation
Custom glass enclosure template and installation
Cabinetry, quartz vanity tops, undermount sinks, faucets, and hardware
Final finish carpentry, accessory installation, and client walkthrough
